Cat In The Wall is a cosy independent café-bar located in the heart of York. We’re best known for our selection of classic and signature cocktails, fun live entertainment and our unique look.

We love to see our regulars kicked back in their favourite chair, beloved libation in hand, enjoying the relaxed atmosphere after a long day. Visitors to our beautiful city can often be found getting their bearings over a coffee or enjoying a bop with our talented live musicians.

Our venue is also available for private parties and is great for groups of up to 35 guests.
